  • For light drizzles or passing showers, Anka Charter will continue as planned, ensuring a delightful experience with minimal disruption to your itinerary. However, in cases of severe weather conditions that could affect the safety and comfort of our guests, the captain may opt to delay the departure. Should the bad weather persist and make it impossible to set sail, we offer guests the opportunity to reschedule the charter. This rescheduling will be subject to availability and will be coordinated to a mutually agreeable date and time. We value your safety and experience above all, and aim to be as accommodating as possible within the constraints of weather and safety guidelines. Please note, refunds are not provided under wet weather conditions, and guests are advised to proceed to the starting point as the weather may clear up.

  • Life can be unpredictable, and we understand that plans may change. If you need to reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 2 days before your scheduled departure. We will work with you to find an alternative date for your charter, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests received less than [insert number of days] days from the departure date may incur additional charges.

  • For cancellations, please inform us at least [insert number of days] days in advance of your booking date to receive a [insert percentage] refund. Cancellations made within [insert number of days] days of the booking date are not eligible for a refund. However, we will consider rescheduling your booking to another date subject to availability.

  • Your itinerary is as flexible as the open seas! Should you wish to alter your sailing route, please discuss your preferences with us during the booking process or with the captain prior to departure. We will do our utmost to accommodate your desired changes, provided they are safe and within the yacht's operational limits.

  • Food and Beverages are not included in the basic charter rate, but we have a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill available for rental to enhance your culinary experience. Guests are more than welcome to bring their own food and drinks aboard. For those who prefer a catered experience, we offer a selection of F&B packages that can be added to your charter for an additional fee.
